Brady McLeod
Brady McLeod is completing his fourth year as an associate attorney with The Miles Law Firm. “This past year has been busy and I have had the opportunity to practice in and become acquainted with different areas of the law,” noted Mr. McLeod. “For example, I am currently representing four pilots who were recently indicted on federal criminal charges on allegations they falsified their medical applications.”
In addition, Mr. McLeod successfully defended several DMV Occupational Licensing actions brought against auto dealerships and vehicle salespeople. One such case involved DMV’s refusal to renew a vehicle salesperson’s license based upon a criminal conviction. “The facts of this case were very unusual,” noted McLeod, who ultimately persuaded the Administrative Law Judge that DMV had erred in its decision.
When he is not at the office or in court, Mr. McLeod manages to keep himself very busy with his three children, Ashlynn age 5, Ethan age 3, and Kendal age 7 months. “It is amazing just how much energy three little kids have,” laughs McLeod. “It really makes me appreciate Janelle, my wife, who stays home with them.”
